Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before creating an account or using any part of the phtaya ph platform. By accessing or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the phtaya ph platform, including the website at phtayaph.pro and all associated services, features, and content. By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them in full.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use the phtaya ph platform. phtaya ph reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
To create an account and use the phtaya ph platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine regulations applicable to online gaming and betting.
- You must be a legal resident or citizen of the Philippines, or otherwise permitted under applicable law to access the service from your location.
- You must not be excluded or self-excluded from gaming services.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person when creating or using an account.
phtaya ph strictly prohibits the use of the platform by minors. If we have reason to believe that a member is under the legal age, we reserve the right to suspend the account and withhold any pending transactions pending age verification. Providing false information about your age or identity is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each member may hold only one account on the phtaya ph platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. phtaya ph will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your login information.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify phtaya ph immediately through the support channel available inside your account dashboard. We recommend using a strong, unique password and avoiding the use of public or shared devices when accessing your account.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
As a member of the phtaya ph platform, you agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purpose.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, odds, or system processes through technical means or collusion.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for regular users.
- Sharing your account access with any third party or allowing others to place bets or play games using your account.
- Engaging in any behaviour that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or adversely affects other users.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract any part of the platform's software or content.
phtaya ph reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, closure, and the forfeiture of account balances where applicable law permits.
5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on the phtaya ph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Available deposit and withdrawal methods — including e-wallet services and local bank transfers — are listed within your account dashboard.
Members are responsible for ensuring that payment details submitted are accurate and belong to accounts held in their own name. phtaya ph does not accept third-party payments. Deposits made using payment methods that do not match the account holder's identity may be reversed.
Withdrawal requests are subject to standard processing times and identity verification procedures. phtaya ph reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds or the identity of the account holder before processing a withdrawal. Transactions that appear unusual or inconsistent with normal usage patterns may be subject to additional review.
phtaya ph does not guarantee that any particular payment method will be available at all times. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and prevailing conditions.
6. Limitation of Liability and Account Policy
phtaya ph provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. phtaya ph will not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from service interruptions, technical issues, or delays in processing.
Online gaming and betting involve inherent financial risk. phtaya ph does not guarantee any particular outcome, and past performance is not indicative of future results. Members participate at their own risk and are solely responsible for their gaming decisions.
Account suspension or closure: phtaya ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulation. In cases of confirmed fraud or abuse, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected].
7. Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Governing Law
Intellectual Property: All content on the phtaya ph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and game interfaces — is the property of phtaya ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links: The phtaya ph platform may contain references or links to third-party services, payment providers, or content. These are provided for informational purposes only. phtaya ph does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Accessing third-party services is at the member's own discretion and risk.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of the phtaya ph platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
